The ocean is known to be very active during the night time, most times you will have the opportunity to witness more marine life than during the day time. During the darkness, many ocean critters come out of hiding and pursue their continuous cycle of hunting and being hunted. One of the most beautiful creatures that we witness during a night snorkel is the octopus. It is absolutely mesmerizing to see how they change colors as they hunt and camouflage themselves to their surroundings to hide from their predators . Also very active at night is the cuttlefish, puffer fish, and lobsters, just to name a few. The snorkel site is home to hundreds of spiny lobsters. During the snorkel, you will get up close and personal with numerous giant lobsters making this an amazing and unforgettable experience.
